Full Speed Ahead

Life got real crazy the past two or three months… Anyways I’m back home and am determined to finish Roger and Ganesh’s builds which they have been waiting patiently for. I cut out Roger’s body along with the tops of two of the new guitars. The Macassar ebony and the Koa topped one. I also was able to cut the bodies and glue up both bodies by midnight! Roger’s will need some clean up work and then it’ll be read to receive the green veneer and the maple top.

I’ll glue the veneer to the maple top tomorrow and then will route the two new bodies flush to the template as well as route the binding channel for both. They will both be bound in ivoroid. The ebony build will be receiving a very special pair of pickups custom made by Aaron Brown of Blackwater Guitar Co. In Texas. I’ll show you the sneak peek he sent me while they were being assembled.
